Served on tap in a 10oz tulip at the taproom. Massive pillowy head, golden translucent liquid. Holy mackerel does this smell like weed. Very pleasant aroma with a little Simcoe savoriness but a little too much of the one note. Soft mouthfeel without much of any bitterness. Would be so much better with some assertive hop bite in the finish. Flavor is very nice, some fruit, but mostly old school Simcoe here. Overall a really nice beer that could be tweaked slightly to make it great, glad I got to try it.
