Super bitter! I haven’t had a west coast IPA this bitter in a long time. This hearkens back to the IBU wars of 2006-2007. Piney bitterness - Simcoe overpowers any hints of Mosaic. Fun throwback! Well done Lua.

16oz can. Poured out a clear, golden orange color with a small, white head of fluffy foam. It left sudsy lacing. It smelled of orange, pineapple and grapefruit. Sweet tropical fruit taste with toasted caramel and a piney bitterness.
