Had on tap. Seen listed as a lambic, uh no, definitely not a lambic. Any who, the body is mostly clear goldenrod with a white cap and lacing. Smells wheaty and red vinous, with some flowers, lots of brett, and pithy citrus, uneven mixture. This is even more true in the taste, with all of those elements plus refined wood that doesn't fit the rest of the beer, funk, and booze. This is not helped by the high level of carbonation, accenting wheat and wood and not much else. Needs more open exposure or botanicals along the way to balance
