This Italian-style pilsner was fermented and conditioned in our Missouri oak foeders, then moved over to stainless steel and dry hopped with Slovenian Kazbeck hops. Crisp, floral, and spicy flavors compliment the earthy oak character. our modern take of a traditional pils.

Very flavorful Foeder Fermented Italian Pilsner with Kazbek. Pours a nice golden color with a white fluffy head. Smells lightly of hops. Taste is of hops and slight earthiness, Nice and crisp. This is my favorite from this brewery so far!
