Translated from the Czech language, literally Dark Lager. Brewed with a variety of dark malts, the complexity of this lager manifests as neither bitter nor overly roasty. Cold fermented and lagered for weeks. Notes of toffee, milk chocolate and bread crust. Smooth and soft, our dark lager is perfectly suited for campfire sipping or for pairing with a warm stew.

Poured from a 12 oz. can. Has a very dark brown color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is of dark breads. Taste also has dark breads, some hops are present. Feels medium bodied in the mouth and overall is a decent beer.

So nice. Dark amber color, malty grainy nose, moderate head with a minute or two retention, and a creamy mouthfeel. Reminds me of a couple of Vienna lagers I’ve had.

Had a Synt pour at TEBC. Perfectly poured. Beer has a very dark brown color with some ruby and orange highlights to light. Clear no muddies. Head is a well maintained creamy off white with minimal lacing.
Nose is soft malty bread, some leather and dark fruit hop like.
Flavor mirrors. Mildly sweet consistent with a nice Bohemian dark lager.
Very nice smooth drink as beer opened up and warmed a bit.
Too cold initially but a more than decent Czech lager emerged as it moved to room temp.
Reminded me of drinking good biers in Europe.
Kudos on brewing and use of side pull faucet.

This one missed the mark for me.Served from a crowler the day after purchase. It had an odd smell and a metallic taste. Not for me.
