Twisted Gingers Brewing Co. "Double Raspberry Tart Milkshake IPA"

Look: Cloudy, somewhat pinkish body beneath a creamy white head of foam. Good head retention and lacing.
Smell: Fairly strong raspberry/basic fruitiness over a grainy maltiness. It appears both sweet and sour at the same time.
Taste: The raspberry offers the same amount of clarity in the flavor as it does in the aroma, and although it's not as tart as the aroma might suggests there is a touch which helps to round it out. It's doughy, and fruity, but essentially balanced in the end. The bitterness is moderate but the alcohol gives it a little pinch that helps to balance it.
Feel: It appears medium-full in body, most likely due to the addition of lactose, but perhaps because of the extra proteins as well.
Overall: Quite impressive.
