Notes via stream of consciousness: "MADE WITH UNTAMED PEACHES & A TWIST OF GINGER". It's poured a cloudy tan body beneath a surprisingly steady head of white foam with what appears to be peach puree in it. It smells of peach, but also of yeast. There's a little bit of mineral to it as well, and a suggestion of acidity. The flavor is nowhere near as sloppy as the appearance and aroma are, and it combines a clear, sweetish peach with a mild tartness and just a hint of ginger. The ginger does leave a little bit of spice in the finish though, which is quite nice. It's not at all bitter, so the little zest of the ginger helps the acidity to balance it. It lingers, fruity and mildly tart for a good moment. It's an ugly looking beer, and the aroma isn't that great, but the flavor more than makes up for those downfalls. I'll take that trade-off!!! In the mouth it's medium-light but bulked up by fruit pulp. It appears much fuller, and quite smooth ~ better than any "milkshake beer" that I've had. I was a little bit afraid of this one because peach isn't my favorite fruit, and I thought the sourness would just ruin that but it's the complete opposite. The Twisted Gingers have done it again!!! Bravo!

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
