Taster at Twisted Gingers. Pale yellow pour, small white foamy head. Aroma and taste are soft citrus, mild grapefruit peel, juicy. Very light and refreshing.

Twisted Gingers Brewing Co. "Dig To Ride"
16 fl. oz. can without production codes or freshness dating
Notes via stream of consciousness: This is a "Hazy Session" at 5% ALC./VOL. A full head of white foam tops a hazy golden body. The aroma suggests Mosaic hops to me but I could be wrong. I'm getting mango, roses, berries, citrus, grassiness, pine, herbs, spice, and dusty earth. The flavor follows adding in a light golden maltiness that's bready and doughy. Am I missing anything in the flavor that I found in the aroma? Nope, it's all there. It's got a slight acidity to it, and combined with a stiff bitterness it finishes dry. Some residual hop resins, fruitiness, and pine, herbs, spice, and earthiness linger. In the mouth it's medium bodied on the lighter side, and gently crisp. The head dropped fairly quickly but it has maintained a mostly solid surface covering and there's some very nice lacing left behind. All in all this is a very solid American IPA on all counts except for the alcohol, which of course is reduced. Very nice!
