Visited autumn 2024. As other have described, CMW has an industrial feel. Where I think this managed to escape the mundane brewpub vibe trap is (1) live music (2) tasteful decor additions (live plants, artwork, etc). 10~12 beers, mostly lagers, but they did have a couple IPAs. While not super diverse the quality was good, the west coast IPA had a nice bite. One of the better breweries in Austin

A nice open space (air plane hanger) with space out back. Picnic table, concrete, gravel, steel I-beams. No table service. But they do allow me to pay with a cc versus using an app (+).
Had the smash burger - it was yummy. Mixed drinks served as well.
Classic Austin vibe. A place where folks come to have a birthday party (old or young) and some drinks.
Beers are average - the rice lager and the pecan dark lager.
Bring some friends, eat some food, don’t have high expectations for the beer.

If this place has an industrial feel it’s because it’s in a converted factory. Live music on weekends, lots of space inside and out, busy vibe. In contrast, the actual taproom feels more like it should be in a quiet spot—real chill, with attentive servers even during a rush.
