16oz can with no date (label says "Drink Fresh") purchased at the brewery on 6-4-20.
Nugget, Cascade, Amarillo.
1 finger white head with excellent retention. Thick with lacing.
Deep amber/gold, not hazy but is definitely not a clean/clear WCIPA. Brightens up as it sits in the glass.
Floral, orange blossom, oranges, lemon, and a doughy malt base with a hint of caramel.
What I would call classic American IPA flavors of orange peel, pine, floral (honeysuckle / orange blossom).
Full bodied IPA with some heft (feels unfiltered or can conditioned), low to medium carbonation. Nice punch of mellow lingering hop bitterness. Well balanced between a substantial malt body and older school IPA hop flavors.
Very Good.
Decanted pour on the second can = much cleaner/clearer WCIPA.
