1 finger tan head with pretty good retention and early lacing. Black body, no light passes through.
Lots of roasty aroma and flavor, bitter malt, chicory, espresso with cream.
Full body and velvety mouthfeel. Long and roasty finish with enough bitterness to keep it dry.
Very Good to Outstanding.

Very chocolatey and smooth; quite roasty, but not overly bitter. Additional tasting notes of cream, leather, red grape, prune, toffee, toast, and light to moderate char.
Lovely mouthfeel, full bodied but not thick.
