This French Saison is dry hopped with Nectaron, Motueka and Dolcita. It’s as refreshing as it is pretty! It drinks with a nice dry mouthfeel remniscent of brut champaigne, leading into notes of peach and apricot, finishing with a nice earthy bitterness.

16oz can with no freshness date, purchased at the brewery in mid-April. Opened 5-10-26.
2 finger white head with a fine bead and very good retention. Aggressive carbonation keeping the head afloat.
Hazy yellow gold body - opaque. Sticky lacing.
Lemon, lime, doughy malt, yeasty perfume/light spice.
Light body, bright entry, zesty mouthfeel, and medium carbonation. Refreshing, good flavor and drinkability, with a dry finish.
