16oz can with no freshness date, purchased at the brewery mid-April and opened 5-2-26.
2 finger pillowy, white head with good retention.
Straw gold body with healthy carbonation swirling throughout. Wispy lacing.
Doughy, crackery malt with a hit of clay, sulfur and double spice from rye and noble hops.
LIght body, medium carbonation with a cold, bright entry. LIght pop of grassy bitterness leads to an almost crispy, and dry finish.
