Sour IPA with Chasselas Grapes
Since Falling Heads had dark grapes in its composition, we thought we'd give white grapes a shot with another beer recipe. This is it. We allowed the grape microflora to work its magic and pass on a subtle acidity for a refreshing bubbly mouthfeel. This is our definition of a refreshing beer. The hops we add by dry hopping are meant to complement the grapes.
