A clear golden beer with a big-bubbly head that settles into a foam.
Smell is perfumy and flowery with scents of herbs. Malt is bisuity and pretty malty, grainy. Very nice sniffer.
Taste is a little sweet with incredible flowery and grainy notes. Dinkel is what we call spelt, and I guess this is what brings the grain taste, it appears to be a lot like wheat. A biscuity maltiness with caramel. Bitterness is low. A nice beer that is very drinkable.
