Copenhagen 8/3 2026. 33 cl can from Øltanken web-shop. A Interceptor ship from the Empire blasting away on the can.
Pours opaque dark brown with a small beige head. Bubbly. Settles as a thin rim og foam running along the side of the glass. No lacing.
Aroma is intense with a strong sugary malty and boozy odor mingling with a bit of honey. Sweet roasted, dark malts, caramel and toffee. Brown sugar in abundance. Vanilla and syrup. Sweet dark rum.
Low carbonation. Thick, viscous, oily, soft, fat, creamy, flat texture.
Flavor is intense with a strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet with a prominent boozy touch. Lingering
Potent sweet blaster.
