Copenhagen 2/3 2026. 33 cl can from Øltanken web-shop. What looks like a unpleasant and sharp steel rod on the can together with Emperor's logo that looks a bit like a portrait of Darth Sidious.
Pours opaque hazy dark brown with no discernible head. Just a thick fluid pouring into the glass. Settles as a somber cup of tar. No lacing.
Aroma is intense with a sweet odor of dark malts, coconut and a whiff of sweet spice.Dark roasted malts, toffee and a bit of licorice. Dark alcohol and brown sugar. Whisky, vanilla and a hint of cinnamon.
Low carbonation. Thick, oily, viscous, soft, fat, creamy, flat texture.
Flavor is intense with strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sourish steak Notable sweet and boozy undetone. Lingering. Finish is rather dry.
A very heavy Executor of the estate.
