Pours a dark reddish brown with fine, low head.
Smell is malty with notes of brown bread, dried fruit, raisins and some yeasty hints.
Taste is soft, malty and fruity, with an almost vinous touch. Notes of brown bread, raisins, leather, yeast and some spice. Dry with a soft bitterness.
Mouthfeel is medium, with frothy carbonation.
Overall, a very nice dubbel, well made and balanced.
