Dark interior with large tanks, long tables and a nice patio space. I enjoyed every beer that I tried and cans I found around town. The service was helpful and attentive. Nice selection of IPAs, lagers and sours.

Larger rectangle of a room, high ceiling and large windows, brewery equipment visible, along with some construction seemingly going on.....communal tables, funky art, pinball tables, heavy metal/sci fi themed. Friendly bartender, Mellow music playing, No food, but the bears are mighty tasty based upon what we tasted. Cool vibe, non tourist kinda spot on a street with lots of small, interesting , varied and independent shops.

0ver 20 of their own on tap and cans to go.....well worth a visit

Unlike most of the breweries in Asheville, DSSOLVR is located in the middle of a block in the downtown area which is full of independent stores, boutiques and restaurants. A cool slightly sci-fi/heavy metal atmosphere. Mastodon was playing nearby the night I was there and there were plenty of metal heads enjoying quality beers. I had a hazy DIPA which was excellent and had some good conversation with some of the fans going to the Mastodon show that night. A worthwhile stop for sure.

Smack dab in the middle of a city block with essentially no buffer from the fairly bustling street outside, this place seems like it could get rowdy at night. Emblazoned by loud neon graffiti accompanied by a background of metal, the vibe was pretty cool yet also drew in a somewhat clashing crowd of influencer types, including ladies who brunch and gym queens. Weird. The alleyway that hosts some spillover patio-like seating has a crazy secret garden vibe to it where a ton of climbing plants hang all over the scene.

The taplist is separated by styles and is fairly varied, made all the more convenient by being displayed on two large, brightly lit screens. Service was prompt, and most of the beers I had were decent to good, but the flavored sour was absolute trash. I'm not sure if that's an intentional move to get people back on the side of traditional beer, or if they just go too hard in the paint with flavored beers, but I also don't really care. My review of that beer speaks for itself.

I loved this place. Large setting area with a fantastic outdoor setting area, totally pet friendly. Their beers are all above average. As for the service, Service was counter service which is just unacceptable in my opinion at a brewery there should be an employee knowledgeable about the beers they are serving and they expected a tip. Not sure if this is a COVID thing or not but they did not except cash, credit only. But did except cash tips?

Very cool unassuming place in Asheville. Indoor and outdoor seating. Great selection of beers. Visiting on a warm summer day. Diverse crowd. Great selection of beer from IPA to sours and seltzers

For my 60th birthday, my wife and I spent a pleasant two days in Asheville, NC where I was able to visit some excellent breweries. One of them was DSSOLVR. One of the things I liked about the breweries in Asheville is that they allowed dogs inside. My buddy Ralphie was able to join us!

The vibe was funky, surreal decor. Obviously meant for a younger crowd, but hey, I grew up in the 60s and 70s. The beer offerings were extensive and so I sampled beers I knew I was unlikely to see again in any future visits, like their 1st anniversary stout. Excellent beer taste and overall quality. Pleasant, helpful, and friendly service after they realize you have not been there before. Highly recommended!
