A: The beer is clear light amber in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a short off white head that quickly settled down, leaving just narrow collar of bubbles around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of fruity yeast and malts are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has balanced flavors of malts and fruity yeast. Neither bitterness nor sweetness is perceptible.
M: It feels medium-bodied and a bit smooth on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer does a remarkable job at hiding any traces of alcohol from the taste has has very good drinkability compared to other beers in this style.
