Amber color with a thick head with great retention.
Aroma with notes of honey, white bread and faint anise.
Flavor with notes of honey, some anise, malt sweetness and a bit of pineapple juice. Dry aftertaste with a medium bitterness.
Light towards medium body with appropriate carbonation. Alcohol of 7% is completely absent.
Honey Ale with some anise nuances. It hides well its robust alcohol.
