From a bottle into a pint glass at Pizzeria Bella Vista
Look: Straw gold with a thick white bead
Smell: Very bready with moderated floral hop bite and barely any yeast notes
Taste: Clean and easy. Whole wheat bread, a bit of honey, floral hops, and a hint of lemon zest
Feel: Quenching for a lager. Quite wet on the palate and not crisp. Mild bitterness. No alcohol detected.
Overall: A good food lager. A bit out a balanced and not as crisp as I expected but good overall.
