another new brewery in denver, just insane people still have the courage to do that, there are just so many, and especially here, this is just a black from lowdown, but they seem to already be doing well, and definitely have their own thing going on. its a gorgeous space, garage door windows around two sides of the place so a ton of natural light, i bet this will be amazing when it turns into spring, its an airy space, some plants and a minimalist but cozy decor. the bar is cool, vertically stacked up serving tanks behind the bar are a cool setup, the brewery behind that, a half open kitchen putting out some epic looking chicken sandwiches, but i didnt eat, i wish i did though, and definitely will next time! they had a decent selection of beers on, not a ton of them, and not all that interesting overall, but what i had i liked. i enjoyed a german pils for sure, light and crisp, and a more ambitious dry hopped wheat beer, simple stuff, but well made and drinkable, kind of patio beer, both of them, and its right for the place i think. for a brand new operation they have started well, other patrons were stoked on it, the service was exceptional, and the place is sunny and bright and relaxed. im not sure its unique enough yet to stand out, especially in denver, but its a cool spot definitely worth checking out. ill eat here when i am back in town next.
