L: slightly hazed golden body, tall pillow of off-white head holds good retention
S: spicy/grassy hops, pale grain, mild fruitiness
T: pilsner-esque with some doughy pale malt and grain; modest yet sharp bitterness from the noble hops adds spicy & earthy grass notes; mild apple and peach notes in the middle
F: medium body, moderate carbonation, finishes dry and a bit more bitter than I’d like it to be
O: flavorful beer showcasing presumed German ingredients, but it’s a bit off balance in my opinion

Foggy gold color, decent white head faded quickly leaving some spotty lacing. Aroma is grainy, maybe a spot of honey, taste buds agree. Seems thick for the style,but it is really enjoyable.
