Malty aroma of warm bread crust and caramel with very slight fruit esters.
Full bodied and thick. Flavor starts with warm caramel and sweet toffee than turns to dark dried fruit and a bright but subtle bitterness from the Target hops. A small addition of roasted barley helps dry the finish a bit and allows the earthy flavors of the Fuggle hops and the dark caramelized malts to linger on the palate.

Pours a dark reddish brown, small tan head fades away quickly. I get some caramel, brown sugar and dark fruit. Taste follows the aroma, and it's fine. This is thin for the style, no carbonation. A one and done.

Had on tap. Pecan brown body with a tan cap and light lacing. Aromas of toffee, dried dark fruit, and malt. Taste follows, some light earth and barley with cursty bread and cocoa dusting. The flaw is the body is way too thin, booze starts to leak, and finish is unremarkable
