Aged 10 months in Blaum bros. Rye Whiskey Barrels. This beer is full bodied and thick. It brings aromas of chocolate and spice. Layers of chocolate and fudge with hints of vanilla give way to the warmth and spice from the rye barrels.

Had on tap. Brownish black pour with a pinky finger of light brown foam and moderate lacing. Smell gets huge oak, booze, rye and dark chocolate. Feel has tons of booze leakage as the body is not up to the task, woody. This affects the taste in a negative way: boozy rye and oak start before broken up roasted malt and chocolate with vanilla hints meet halfheartedly. Just doesn't come together well enough
