Veneto returns with our most indulgent collaboration yet — crafted with our friends at Blueprint Coffee!
It pays liquid tribute to Italy's beloved coffee dessert, Tiramisu, uniting our barrel-aging techniques with Blueprint’s artisanal roasting mastery.
16 months in Still 630 RallyPoint Rye barrels, before being conditioned on Blueprint Coffee's carefully selected Timespan Dark Roast coffee beans (with our chosen Madagascar and Tahitian vanilla beans, plus cocoa nibs sourced from Ghana and Puerto Rico.
Rich and indulgent, with the depth extended aging provides. The result beautifully captures tiramisu's essence — coffee-forward with layers of vanilla sweetness and deep dark chocolate undertones, complemented by warming barrel spice.

Poured at fridge temp. Pours a very thick black with zero head. The nose is insane. Vanilla, chocolate, boozy rye, marshmallow, and loads of malts. A hint of coffee comes through, but it's minimal.
The taste is wonderful. Vanilla, dark chocolate, big roasted malts, charred wood, coffee grounds, prunes, rye barrel, and dark molasses. Very nicely done.
Mouthfeel is pretty thick and creamy. Aftertaste is actually dominated by bitter roasted malts and coffee. Lovely.
