Inspired by the traditional Hummingbird Cake originating from Jamaica - intended to highlight the island's produce industry and named after the island's national bird.
This imperial stout was aged in a bourbon barrel from local favorites, Old Monroe Distilling Co., and then conditioned on bananas, pineapple, cinnamon, Madagascar vanilla beans and Estate Grown toasted pecans.
