Barrel-aged in a Still630 experimental barrel that once aged a 100% Corn bourbon made from "Incentive" red corn grown in Kirkwood, MO. The name derives from the Amish who cultivated this seed and rewarded their kids with a piece of candy as an 'incentive' for every red ear they picked (most were yellow originally) so they could collect them and grow more year after year. It has a spice similar to but slightly softer than the famous bloody butcher red corn.
