Collaboration with our friends at Side Project Brewing, this IPA recipe is inspired by both of our methods and is double dry-hopped with El Dorado and Riwaka hops.

Draft at Millpond. Poured a very hazy, golden orange color with a small, off-white head of foam. It left sudsy lacing. It smelled of orange, peach, apricot and caramel. Very sweet and fruity with caramel and a mild bitterness.
