Pours a crystal clear amber with thick, soft head and lots of visible carbonation. Very pretty.
Smell is crisp and ctrusy with notes of pine, rye and caramel.
Taste is clean and crisp with a solid bitterness and notes of citrus, rye, caramel and grapefruit peel. Excellent balance and an herbal hint on the finish.
Mouthfeel is medium, soft and well carbonated.
Overall, a really good modern IPA, clean and drinkable.
