I am in Portugal and trying some local beers. On draft at the brewpub. Has a golden color with a small head. Smell is of yeast, some fruits. Taste follows the aroma, easy drinking. Feels medium bodied in the moth and overall is a decent beer.

200ml keg from Cerveja Canil Marquês, Lisbon (€1):
Pale golden & bright with a thin foamy lacing in the centre & a slight build up around the circumference. The nose is floral & sharp, lots of herbal notes, pale malts & Belgian yeast - some bubblegum & banana type notes too. The taste is quite harsh & very strong, almost overpowering alcohol to start with a herbal bitterness & some perfume flavours around the middle, citrus hops & yeast but the balance is terrible. It's medium to full bodied & fairly smooth with a citrus tang at the end.
