I stopped by Göller on 28SEP14, the first of 4 countryside pubs I hit on a
bike tour of the area....
It is easily found in the center of Drosendorf, a 2-story, pastel-peach colored
stone building, with a small Biergarten off to the left side. Indoors were two
main dining rooms, one to the right, the other off to the left. The right room
had light wood paneled walls with some masonry, and the furnishings were
all polished light wood. The left room was similar save for no wood paneling
and some dark, heavy beams on the ceiling. Both were warm and comfy.
The Biergarten had the typical long, German tables and benches, with seating
for about 80 or so. Selection was fairly sparse, limited to their own Helles and
Urstoff, at this moment. Service was prompt, friendly and helpful. My Bier, the
Urstoff, was a solid German lager. Göller is a nice little countryside pub. Prosit!!
