Out of the 3 beers I tried during my visit to the brewery, this was by far the best. I certainly didn't notice anything Czech about it -more like an American take on a
very light German Pils.

Appearance: Clear, gold with frothy white head exhibiting moderate retention.
Aroma: Spicy and bready
Flavor & Aftertaste: Bready and spicy. Restrained bitterness. Low sweetness.
Mouth-feel: Medium bodied. Semi-dry. Moderate carbonation. Short length aftertaste.
Overall: This was a pretty solid effort at a Czech style Pilsner by a new brewery. A very drinkable beer. Could have used a tad more bitterness; but still within specs. This brewery has started tackling lagers and they seem to get better at it with each go around. They currently have mostly NEIPA, Sours, Saisons Stouts, etc. on tap most of the time; but have started rotating different lager styles in: Czech Pilsner, Amber Lager, Vienna Lager, etc. To date they make a really good Helles and Dunkel. Very happy to see the lager styles sticking around.
