Appearance: Brilliant, clear gold color. Short head retention
Aroma: Floral & grainy
Flavor & aftertaste: Spicy & grainy, no bitterness. Dry.
Mouth-feel: Medium to full bodied. Moderate carbonation. Snappy, clean finish.
Overall: Never had one of these but it is a straight drinking beer. Would be very good in summer. Despite it's clear, gold appearance, it has a nice moderate to full body feel. Disappointing head retention, but that may be nature of the beast with rye malt. Malt base & hops base present a firm, obvious spiciness. It's dry with low bitterness & a snappy dry finish. Very easy to drink, enjoyable beer.
