Appearance: clear, reddish brown. Fluffy off white head moderate retention.
Aroma: citrus & caramel malt.
Flavor: caramel note. Citrus Moderate bitterness. Semi sweet.
Mouth feel: Medium body, semi dry finish. Bitterness ends shortly after finish.
Overall: Made with Chinook & Amarillo hops. Has a nice malt bill that gives it more balance than more balance than a lot of IPAs. Moderate bitterness. I actually like this better than their most popular IPA Snow Ghost - a NEIPA. Nicely done.
