Packaging: Crowler
Appearance: Brilliant, clear copper. Fluffy white head with moderate retention.
Aroma: Toasty and bready malt
Flavor: Malt forward, toasty, bready. Spicy hops. Medium sweetness, low to moderate bitterness
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, drying, medium length finish
Overall: Surprisingly well crafted Mazen for a small brewery not well known for lagers. Brilliantly clear copper color. Head retention is moderate. Malt flavors are complex with toast and bready malt. Avoids overly sweet caramel flavor. Medium body and moderate dryness. Low bitterness. Dry at the finish with a short lingering bitterness.
