Ripple is our 6.7% Milk Stout conditioned upon an irresponsible amount of milk chocolate and coffee. Ripple was brewed with a vast array of specialty malts and lactose to create a viscous and chocolatey treat perfect for colder weather. Ripple smells and tastes like cocoa butter, nutella, and an iced mocha latte with extra whipped cream.

Poured a black body with minimal head and lace down the glass. The aroma is mostly a chocolate lactic aroma that is somewhat like milk chocolate. smooth, creamy, chocolate taste with a milk slickness and a touch of balance from nutty dryness although it does finish clean.

Poured moderately hard from a crowler into a snifter glass, forming less than a finger of off-white head that soon faded to light lacing. Smell is mild; chocolate and nutty, but not quite peanut butter. Taste is similar to the smell, pleasant chocolate and mild peanut butter-esque flavor. A little bit sweet, moreso as it warms. Light bodied with minimal carbonation. Pretty nice chocolate/peanut butter stout, not quite as intense as some other varities.
