Over carbonated. Be prepared to burp a lot.
Flat mouth feel. A NE should have more body.

From a 16 fl. oz. can sampled on March, 12, 2022.
The appearance is a milky, pulpy looking light amber under a boisterous white head.
The aroma is alive with citrus esters like pineapple and apricot with a lower profile breadiness.
Medium, smooth mouthfeel.
The taste is sweet at first with a burst of citrus bitterness that comes up at the finish. It has a clean finish for the most part. I wouldn't call i8t is excellent but it is a capable IPA.

A decent NE IPA, but in the New England area there are so many to choose from, it is tougher for product to stand out. Nothing wrong with the beer, but then again, it doesn'r stand out.

Hazy to cloudy clarity with a lighter gold color. Moderate head but it provides excellent 3D webby lacing on the glass.
Black pepper and freshly cut weeds come to mind when smelling this beer. There's an intensity with the nose that usually comes with only the most extreme beers.
The pale malt is powerful enough to provide a touch of sweetness and some decent body to start the tasting. The hop bitterness is strong but doesn't overwhelm the base. The carbonation is neutral and enhances the fresh "green" hop flavors. The bitterness isn't as strong as the smell suggests but it is the dominant flavor. The aftertaste is balanced at the beginning but fades to a mild black pepper bitterness.

Brewed with El Dorado and Mosaic hops. What an excellent beer!
