High Tide is our 8.2% Imperial Stout! We took our beloved stout recipe low tide and amped it up. High Tide smells and tastes like dark roast coffee, cocoa powder, and a chocolate milkshake.

From a 16 oz. can dated 10/21/21. Sampled May 26, 2022.
The appearance is Chocolate Brown-Black with a mocha head that fades to nothing after a couple moments.
The aroma is about what one would expect with a rich vanilla and cream character, roasted malts, and coffee grinds. A little bit of earth.
Smooth medium mouthfeel.
The taste is sweet with the vanilla and coffee characters playing up as much as in the aroma. Little to no booze but this can was several months old.

Shimmering black body with a brown collar. Aromas of roasted malt, cocoa and unfortunately ash tray. Taste is also ruined by the ash tray flavor on the finish, but before that the roasted malt, cocoa, and light dry earth was old school and pleasant. Feel is heavily roasted, smoky, heavy and chewy.
