Can. Bright CLEAR pale gold with small white head. Delicate herbal noble grassy aroma. Light grainy sweetness. Medium herbal finish. Lively bot not fizzy. Beautiful beer.

Pours a semi cloudy straw color. A modest head quickly dissipates.
Aromas of sweet cereal grain, honey and biscuit highlight the malts. There is a touch of sulfur, lemon, grass and green grape.
The biscuity and bready malt profile is flavored with lemony and grassy spices. The grains feel a bit coarse and astringent at first, while the sharpness and brightness of the lemon flavors feel a bit tart. As it settles, I pick up notes of honey, cracker, green grape, and peppery spices.
Light bodied with a clean, crisp and dry finish. The mouthfeel is crisp overall with a dry palate. The carbonation is moderate to lively.
Easy to drink but not the greatest Kolsch. The element of acidity and sharp spices felt a bit overpowering at first. However, to its credit these flavors mellowed out to make the last half of the drinking experience more pleasant.

A: The beer is somewhat hazy yellow in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that left a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of green grapes are present in the nose
T: The taste follows the smell and is mostly dominated by flavors of green grapes with hints of floral hops and a light to moderate amount of bitterness.
M: It feels a bit more than light-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This Kölsch is delicate and nature, which makes it very easy to drink.

Pots a hazy gold. This beer tastes and smells like it needs more time. I get a little sulphur and then more yeast in the aroma than barley. Some underlying yeast and barley seems promising, but it's all muddled.
