King Tide was our Imperial Stout High Tide, aged in select bourbon barrels for close to 11 months. After tasting these barrels we knew we needed to get them out there for a much needed holiday treat. King Tide is rich in vanilla, dark roasted coffee, and brown sugar notes. At 9.5%, the alcoholic heat is incredibly hidden and the beer is thick and viscous. It is the perfect drink for Christmas morning, or a night cap on a snowy evening.
