Working Vacation is our collaboration with our friends at Heavy Reel Brewing Company! For this take we decided to add lemon and vanilla. The result is a 6% liquid lemon bar! Working Vacation is perfect for a treat in this colder weather. Enjoy!

A: The beer is very hazy pale dark yellow in color. It poured with a short white head that left a thin collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of lemon are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has sour flavors of lemon, except that there are some hints of vanilla in the finish.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and very tart on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer starts off being very sour - almost tasting like a lemonade - but as it warms up some vanilla becomes noticeable and it starts tasting a little more like a lemon bar.
