Polarity is our collaboration with Amherst Brewing Company! Polarity is a sour ale with salt, lemon, and prickly pear. We brewed this beer to celebrate the changing of the seasons. This summer sipper is bright and refreshing with a rich mouthfeel. It's the perfect beer to take with you on a hike or enjoy with a lobster bake. We hope you guys enjoy this one as much as we do!
