1.25 Euros/500 mL bottle at the brewery. Reviewed 10/22/18.
Capped bottle marked “Mindestens haltbar bis 11.03.19” on the front label. Stored at room temperature in the brewery store and consumed at room temperature from a hand washed and dried glass coffee mug.
Appearance – 4.
Body – Light gold, clear, slight effervescence.
Head – Small (Maximum 1.5 cm, aggressive center pour), off-white, fizzy, rapidly diminishing to a two mm ring and a thin partial layer.
Lacing – None.
First pour – Yellow, clear.
Aroma – 3 – Very weak hops.
Flavor – 3.5 – Begins with a hint of sour fruit but not enough to call it a sour. This quickly disappears and a bit of hop bitterness remains. No malt, no alcohol (4.9 % ABV), no diacetyl, no dimethylsulfide.
Palate – 3 – Medium, watery, soft carbonation.
Impression and interpretation – 3 – Another lager.
