A: The beer is very hazy to cloudy dark pale yellow in color. It poured with a quarter finger high off white head that hardly died down.
S: Moderate aromas of spicy Belgian yeast are present in the nose along with notes of citrusy hops.
T: The taste mostly has flavors of spicy yeast along with underlying notes of citrusy hops - orange and grapefruit stands out in particular. Little, if any bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer has a lot of spicy aromas and flavors of hops but is hardly bitter. It seems like it could be a hybrid of a Belgian IPA and a New England IPA.
