Jasmine Rice and Thai Basil Pilsner
This extremely light colored and crisp Pilsner was brewed with a large amount of Jasmine Rice for a silky smooth mouthfeel and fluffy white head. The Saaz Hops impart a clean, bitter base line while the softness of the Basil dances over your palate providing a refreshing finish.

A: The beer is crystal clear light yellow and has a light to moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a short white head that died down, leaving a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light aromas of Thai basil are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has a bit stronger flavors of Thai basil.
M: It feels light-bodied and clean on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: The use of rice in this pilsener makes it very easy to drink. I especially liked the subtle aromas and flavors of Thai basil.
