Poured from 500mL bottle into my Higgins Ale Works tulip. Best by 4/14/26.
Appearance: light golden hue with a nice effervescence and a clear body, with a nice head of frothy eggshell foam.
Smell: the aroma is rather grainy, and a bit drier than I’m used to in the style. That said, it’s not too bad.
Taste: like the aroma, quite grainy, with more astringency than other helles beers I’ve had. The astringency comes off as a really mild sourness, even. Again, not terrible, but not really my favorite.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: not bad if you like your beers drier, but for me there are plenty of better helles beers out there.

330ml bottle poured into a Hacklberg's mug.
A:
Crystal clear in texture and bright gold in color, it tops with thick white frothy head that stays with good retention before slowly subsiding to long-lasting bubble film atop, some lacing left, high carbonation.
S:
Sweet bread and cracker of Munich malt, herbal, earthy, floral, clean, some yeasty acidic.
T:
Like the aroma but much bolder on yeasty acidic and have some spice, bitterness is mute, clean taste overall.
F:
Light body with rather smooth mouthfeel from its lively carbonation, crisp, clean, refreshing, and dry.
O:
This one is standard German lager, easy to go in any occasion.

The clear golden colored beer is served in a shaker pint with a 1/4" white head that persists for a while as it recedes and leaves some modest lacing on the sides of the glass.
The aromas include some light bready malt and some herbal earthy hops.
The flavors are as expected from the nose with the lightly bready malt and it's sweetness up front band being backed up by the herbal earthy hops bitterness. The finish is clean, crisp has only some light bitterness in the back of the palate.
The mouthfeel is on the light side of medium bodied and nicely prickly from the active carbonation.
This is a drinkable beer and I'd be willing to have another if offered, but it's not particularly complex, nor is it an outstanding example of the style.
