Krenkerup Forårs Ale is a beautiful amber color, with a clear and distinct malt profile, which is repeated in the taste, where the body and malt sweetness are kept in perfect balance by the hops.
No lunch table without ‘Krenkerup Forår’! It is our take on a lunch beer that delivers a real taste of spring and goes well with sour, smoky, sharp and not least warm dishes. The taste is both full-bodied and fresh.
‘Krenkerup Forår’ is a well-balanced Amber Ale with a nice dense head, a lovely round taste and a perfect balance between malt profile and hops.

Copenhagen 2/9 2018. 50 cl bottle from Menu, Kbh S. Krenkerups usual design with some Easter Flowers added for good measure.
Pours light dark brown with red hue and big frothy yellowish head. Settles as 0,5 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is sweet and malty. Sweet caramel, lightly roasted malts, nuts, light odor of brown sugar.
Fairly strong carbonation. Thin, watery, quite lively, prickly texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by light bitterness. Aftertaste is lightly sweet. Lingers for a while.
Does what an Amber Ale is supposed to in decent way. Solid without being impressive.
