Weissbier is unfiltered. The taste is fresh and fruity. Brewed with 50% own malt and German passion with a creamy body and banana aroma. Weissbier is fermented in the traditional way, so it gets a light sediment and a nice, white foam.

Copenhagen 1/11 2017. 33 cl bottle from Meny in Nykøbing. The usual simple design with a coat of arms - and not much else.
Pours slightly hazy yellow with big white head. Settles as 0,5 cm thick layer of foam. Moderate lacing.
Aroma has lemonade sweetness but with strong tart and sour notes. Orange and citrus - pretty fresh.
Fairly strong and prickly carbonation and watery palate.
Flavor is disappointingly thin. Medium sweet with not much bitterness for balance. Watery.
Not bad in any way - but a little boring. I like the aroma - but the flavor miss some vitamins.
